• Customer needs to provide, at his expense, an ISP (Internet Service Provider) connection, at the minimum rate of 128Kbps. A rate of 256Kbps or higher is recommended for Data Depository or for over 25 PC's.

• All hardware is to be supplied by customer. This includes, but is not limited to: PC's, printers, and cables.

• PC workstations with an operating system of Windows 95/98/2000, NT 4.0 or Unix are required.

• CompuLab maintains the integrity and accessibility of the user database, and  maintains its content as confidential and sensitive data. Access is permitted by user passwords provided and controlled by the user organization.

• CompuLab maintains redundant servers at multiple CompuLab locations in various geographic regions.

• CompuLab takes the necessary steps to secure and protect the users database on the server according to regulatory requirements.

• Training may be obtained from CompuLab, as well as from outside consultants or contractors.

• System support is provided via internetphone and e-mail, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Periodic updates and enhancements to the licensed application software modules will also be available.
