Notes

  • Image size minimum and maximum values are typical. They are depend on included features and applications. Provided values assume image compression when possible. All images designed for diskless operation – the operating system can boot and run on CM-i686 using on-board Flash Disk.
  • PCMCIA support under MS-DOS require drivers for socket services, available from 3rd party.
  • PCMCIA and Ethernet are supported under MS-DOS, but not under Embedded DOS.
  • LCD panels are supported under all operating systems in standard VGA mode (640×480, 16-colors) or by specific Display Driver (for all other resolutions). Display Driver is available only for certain operating systems.
  • USB under DOS supports only storage devices.
